Happy 2018! Let's start and end the year with clear skin! 

Tips for clear skin...

1. Water - drink lots of water. 

2. Sleep - a lot of sleep.

3. Quit foundation - you don't need it if you have good skin. Concealer is enough. If you don't have good skin, let your skin breathe until it gets better!

4. Change your pillowcase often.

5. Clean your phone using anti-bacterial wipes. You placing your phone to your ear and touching it again will just spread more germs.

6. Asian acne spot stickers. What a discovery this was. You simply stick a spot sticker to your spot, sleep - and in the morning, it will be greatly reduced in size, if not...gone. I know, I know...it's hard to believe until you try and see for yourself. 

7. Benzoyl Peroxide - you can buy this over the counter at Boots. This stuff is strong. A tiny amount is enough. Also, if you are not used to it - it may turn your skin red so start off with a tiny amount first. It dries out your spots. 

8. Stop touching your face and keep hair out of your face.

9. Clinique Moisture Surge Face Spray Last year, I stopped using face creams for a while. Instead, I switched to Clinique Moisture Surge Face Spray. I think it helped. Now, I use Neutrogena Hydro Boost water gel moisturiser before I use the face spray. Especially in dryer winter months, it's important to use a cream. In my case, a more water based one!

10. Tea tree oil spot stick This helps when you have tiny spots.
